Join us Thursdays at 5:30pm for live music with Tim Stambaugh and Friends. Each week is a little different depending on who joins Tim, and some weeks is Tim solo, which is equally as fun! It's often a mix of bluegrass, Americana, folk, and singer-songwriter. See you at Oasis!
Weekly Weds Improv @ Oasis
Weekly improv is back! Actually it never left but the events expired and we just realized it! So come on out and get your daily dose of laughter!
Join the Oasis Carrboro Weekly Improv Meetup Group for a night of laughter and fun! Wednesday nights at 7pm at Oasis.
This is an informal evening dedicated to playing improv games that will make you laugh til your face hurts, get you out of your head and into the moment, and bring joy to all our lives. No experience needed but you will be expected to participate in at least one game if you join! New games are always welcomed!

Evening of Magic with Stephen Taylor
Come join us on July 18th for an evening of magic, with a twist of mentalism , with Steven Taylor! Steven, who has been performing magic for close to 20 years, and is fascinated with decision making, the psychology behind it, and how the smallest decisions we make unconsciously can change the entire outcome of the future! So make the decision (you already have) and come to the show!
August Samadhi Kirtan
If you need some musical meditation, come chant with us on the Saturday at Oasis. Samadhi’s Rangadevi Dasi will lead a community kirtan, accompanied by friends, old & new.
Doors open at 7:15 p.m., and the chanting starts at 7:30! The cafe closes during the performance, which starts at 7:30 p.m. The event is free, but donations are graciously accepted by cash or Venmo.
What is Kirtan? :
Although the term kirtan is originally from India, we celebrate traditions from around the world that foster community gatherings centered around devotional call and response singing. Kirtan transforms the spirit, bringing us together, unifying our hearts and voices, sharing in the spirit. Because kirtan requires participation, WE NEED YOU!

Sacred Kirtan Experience with Jordan Loder
**This event may fill up so please arrive 15-20 minutes early to grab a seat**
Join International touring artist, Jordan Loder, for a deep musical journey into the soul, as we combine our voices in the ancient practices of Bhakti yoga and Call and Response group chanting. Jordan brings a unique combination of emotional depth, musical talent, and lighthearted humor to his immersive mantra-based performances. Not as a performer above the crowd, but as a fellow traveller sharing the ride, lost in wild abandon to the divine.
Weaving between Buddhist and Sanskrit Mantras, Loder delivers a unique modern approach to devotional music with a classic rock sensibility that excites and soothes the body, mind, and spirit.
Jordan has toured with Deva Premal & Miten, Snatam Kaur, Simrit, Adam Bauer, Ajeet, Manose, GuruGanesha, Maneesh de Moor, Matt Pszonak, The Landis Brothers, Hans Christian, Tripp Dudley, Salif Bamakora, Stephen Bross, and more.

June UFO of God Meet Up
This will be our 3rd UFO of God meet up, and, whoa, we have just been amazed by the turn out and the vulnerable sharing. It has been so powerful for all and we are humbled. This one is extra special energy because it falls on the Summer Solstice. Can't get much more heightened energy than that right?!
This meet up with focused on sharing in all capacities. We will begin with sharing our experiences new and recent, and we will open it up to sharing in overall themes and resources. We have found the more we share our stories, experiences and resources, the more magic, synchronicities, and mind blowing connections that arise. We are sharing in and building a community of like-minded people coming together to awaken the world at this time, and all that is required is that you just show up. No experience necessary but an open, kind heart required. Chris Bledsoe will not be present in-person for this event.**

We are also hosting our monthly Paranormal Happy Hour on Friday, June 20th from 6pm - 8pm at Oasis.
About our Journey to Hosting These Events:
Most our lives we’ve known there is something more than just this physical reality we see in front of our eyes. We’ve sought the answers to this great mystery through many modalities, and although the mystery is nowhere near close to being solved, we feel that Chris Bledsoe and his family are illuminating an important piece of the great unknown. Our connection and relationship with Chris, his family, and the Bledsoe Said So community has inspired us to hold space for others to share in this energy and share their own experiences.
We attended Azalea Festival in Wilmington, NC this April 2025, and we got to know the Bledsoe Said So community by sitting at the booth during the day and experiencing the skywatches at night on the beach. We met so many kind, loving people that shared so openly about their own experiences and, of course, Chris and his family just have the most warm, welcoming energy. It was just an overall heart opening event. It was such an incredible energy and experience spending time with the Bledsoe's, and also just the whole community they are building. We were ready for more of that energy in our lives, so we decided to create these UFO of God meet ups to bring people together and we feel Oasis is the perfect fit for these gatherings.
